Jeena Sikho Lifecare to Incorporate Subsidiary Ayugenomics Private Limited

Jeena Sikho Lifecare Limited announced its Board of Directors has approved the incorporation of a new subsidiary in India, named "Ayugenomics Private Limited". This new entity will focus on research, development, testing, diagnostics, and clinical services combining genomics with Ayurveda and other AYUSH systems. The company plans to hold a 60% equity stake in Ayugenomics Private Limited, which will have an authorized share capital of ₹5,00,000. The incorporation is subject to statutory approvals and completion of formalities. Ayugenomics Private Limited will operate in the Ayurveda industry and will become a related party to Jeena Sikho Lifecare Limited upon incorporation.
