Jeevan Scientific Technology Ltd Closes Trading Window Under SEBI Regulations Until 48 Hours After Q4 and FY26 Results

Jeevan Scientific Technology Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company. The closure is in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed from 01.04.2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended 31.03.2026 for all designated persons, their immediate relatives and all connected persons covered under the Company’s Code of Conduct. The date of the Board Meeting for the declaration of financial results will be intimated in due course.
