Jetking Infotrain reappoints auditors, approves subsidiary plan

Jetking Infotrain Ltd's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 6, 2026, approved the re-appointment of M/s PYS & Co LLP as Statutory Auditors for a second term of five years.
