Artemis ADR Marketplace Signs ₹24.6 Cr Software Deal

Artemis ADR Marketplace Limited has entered into a Software Development and Implementation Services Agreement with Jupitice Justice Technologies Private Limited on April 01, 2026. The agreement is valued at INR 24.60 Cr. Jupitice Justice Technologies will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the ADR marketplace platform, including its foundation, ADR formation, processes, records, payments, privacy, AI controls, marketplace operations, integrations, testing, deployment, training, and handover. The project is scheduled from April 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027, with a 12-month warranty period post-acceptance. Notably, Jupitice Justice Technologies is a shareholder in Artemis ADR Marketplace, and the transaction is considered a related party transaction conducted at arm's length.
