Mr. Raman Aggarwal, Mrs. Anju Aggarwal, and Mr. Shrey Aggarwal have submitted an open offer to acquire up to 15,60,000 fully paid-up equity shares of Jetmall Spices and Masala Ltd, representing 26.03% of the voting capital. The offer price is 12.50 per equity share, payable in cash. The offer is not subject to any minimum level of acceptance and is not a competing offer. The offer is not subject to any statutory approvals, but if required, the offer will be subject to the receipt of such approvals. The offer opens on August 13, 2025, and closes on August 28, 2025.
