Krut Vinodbhai Patel has acquired 42,166 equity shares, representing 0.38% of the total equity, in Jhaveri Credits and Capital Limited. This acquisition was made through allotment pursuant to a Scheme of Amalgamation between Jhaveri Credits and Capital Limited and U R Energy (India) Private Limited, approved by NCLT, Ahmedabad Bench.
