Jhaveri Credits Sets June 26 Record Date for UR Energy Share Allotment

Jhaveri Credits & Capital Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has approved June 26, 2026, as the record date for the allotment of shares to the shareholders of U R Energy Private Limited. This allotment is part of the Scheme of Amalgamation between the two companies, where Jhaveri Credits and Capital Limited is the transferee company. As per the share exchange ratio, 253 equity shares of Jhaveri Credits and Capital Limited will be issued for every 500 equity shares held in U R Energy Private Limited. Approximately 16,16,088 equity shares will be allotted.
