JHS Svendgaard Labs changes RTA to Beetal Financial

JHS Svendgaard Laboratories Ltd has confirmed the change of its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) from Alankit Assignments Limited to Beetal Financial and Computer Services (P) Ltd. This change follows an earlier intimation and is in compliance with SEBI regulations. The company's primary reason for this transition is to enhance and strengthen its investor services function. A tripartite agreement involving the company, the outgoing RTA (Alankit Assignments Limited), and the new RTA (Beetal Financial and Computer Services Private Ltd) is currently being processed. The effective date for this change will be communicated to the stock exchanges once all definitive agreements are finalized.
