Jigar Cables Director Remuneration Approved Up To ₹12 Lakhs

Jigar Cables Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has approved the payment of remuneration to Director Shri Parshottambhai Laljibhai Vaghasiya for a further period of three years, commencing September 29, 2026, to September 28, 2029. The remuneration is capped at ₹12,00,000 per annum, inclusive of variable pay and perquisites. This approval also covers his continuation as a director despite attaining the age of 78 years. The decision is subject to the approval of the company's members at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The board meeting took place on September 1, 2026.
