Jigar Cables Ltd Enters into Brand Usage Agreement with Ultracab (India) Ltd

Jigar Cables Ltd has entered into a Brand Usage Agreement with Ultracab (India) Ltd (UIL) on January 05, 2026. The agreement grants Jigar Cables a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the brand ‘ULTRACAB’ in connection with the manufacture and sale of products under the said brand. The agreement is subject to approval from the members of Jigar Cables and will be effective from the date such approval is obtained. The agreement is valid for five years and does not impose any significant financial restrictions on Jigar Cables. UIL is a related party of Jigar Cables, with a relative of Jigar Cables’ directors holding managerial positions and equity interest in UIL. The transaction is done at arm’s length.
