Jindal Capital Ltd Re-Appoints M/s. Gupta Garg & Associates as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27

Jindal Capital Ltd has announced the re-appointment of M/s. Gupta Garg & Associates, a firm of Chartered Accountants in Practice, as the Internal Auditors for the Financial Year 2026-27. The decision was made during the Board of Directors meeting held on March 27, 2025. The auditors have more than 19 years of experience in conducting audits of various banks, companies, societies, trusts, etc. The re-appointment is made with immediate effect.
