Jindal Hotels Board Meeting on Oct 27 to Approve Q2 FY27 Results

Jindal Hotels Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on October 27, 2026, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the second quarter of the Financial Year 2026-27, ending September 30, 2026. In line with SEBI regulations, the company has also informed that the trading window for its securities will remain closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results are publicly disclosed. During this period, all designated persons and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading in the company's shares.
