Jindal Hotels Closes Trading Window for Q1 FY27 Results

Jindal Hotels Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2018. This closure is in anticipation of the Board of Directors' meeting scheduled for Friday, 24th July, 2026. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the first quarter of the Financial Year 2026-27, which ended on 30th June, 2026. The trading window will remain shut from Wednesday, 1st July, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are officially published. During this period, all designated persons and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading in the company's shares.
