Jindal Hotels Reappoints Palak Gandhi as Independent Director

Jindal Hotels Limited announced the reappointment of Mrs. Palak Gandhi as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a second consecutive term of five years. The reappointment, effective from July 12, 2027, to July 11, 2032, was approved by the company's members at its 41st Annual General Meeting held on September 22, 2026. Mrs. Gandhi is a Chartered Accountant with over 22 years of experience in finance and leadership roles, including fundraising, due diligence, and financial controls. She serves on the Audit Committee, Stakeholder Relationship Committee, and Nomination & Remuneration Committee.
