Jindal Leasefin Appoints Asha Hardikkumar Sukhadiya as Independent Director

Jindal Leasefin Ltd has announced the appointment of Ms. Asha Hardikkumar Sukhadiya as a Non-Executive Independent Director. The appointment is for a term of five consecutive years, effective from August 29, 2026, and will conclude on August 28, 2031. Ms. Sukhadiya is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over a decade of experience in taxation, audit, and financial compliance. She has no inter se relationship with other directors or KMPs and is not debarred from holding a director's office by any regulatory authority.
