Jindal Photo Ltd: MD Manoj Kumar Rastogi Re-appointed for 5 Years

Jindal Photo Ltd has announced the re-appointment of Ms. Manoj Kumar Rastogi as Managing Director for a fresh term of 5 years, effective August 10, 2026. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors on August 4, 2026, following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. The re-appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Mr. Rastogi, aged 62, holds a B.Sc degree and brings over 28 years of experience in MIS and Finance & Accounts. He is not related to any existing directors of the company. His current term concludes on August 9, 2026.
