Jindal Poly Films Re-appoints Sanjeev Aggarwal as Independent Director

Jindal Poly Films Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. Sanjeev Aggarwal as an Independent Director (Non-Executive) for a second term of four years, commencing October 1, 2026, until September 30, 2030. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The Board also approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, noting a modified opinion in the consolidated results' limited review report. Additionally, Mr. Sanchit Jain was appointed as the Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27.
