JSL Overseas Holding Ltd, a promoter group company, has acquired 9,00,123 shares of Jindal Stainless Ltd from the open market. This acquisition represents 16.56% of the total diluted capital of Jindal Stainless Ltd. The acquisition was made on 24th and 25th February 2026. The total equity share capital of Jindal Stainless Ltd before the acquisition was Rs. 1648839176/- divided into 824419588 equity shares of Rs.2/- each. Post-acquisition, the total equity share capital remains the same.
