Jindal Steel Board to Meet May 1 for FY26 Results & Final Dividend

Jindal Steel Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on May 1, 2026. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the Financial Year 2025-26. Additionally, the Board will also consider recommending the payment of a final dividend on equity shares for FY2025-26, if any. In compliance with SEBI regulations, the trading window for designated persons remains closed from April 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the results are publicly disclosed.
