Jindal Worldwide Ltd has announced its 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at 3:00 PM IST via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The meeting will address ordinary business, including the adoption of financial statements for FY 2025-2026 and the re-appointment of Mr. Vikram Pushpak Oza as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director. Special business includes ratifying the remuneration of cost auditors for FY 2026-2027 and approving the re-appointment of Mr. Amit Yamunadutt Agarwal as Managing Director for three years from September 3, 2026. The cut-off date for e-voting eligibility is August 25, 2026, with remote e-voting from August 29 to August 31, 2026. The Register of Members and Share Transfer books will be closed from August 26 to September 1, 2026.
