Jio Financial Services Re-appoints MD & CEO Sethia for 5 Years

Jio Financial Services Ltd announced the re-appointment of Shri Hitesh Kumar Sethia as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer for a term of five years, effective November 15, 2026. This decision was approved by the members at the Third Annual General Meeting (Post Listing) held on August 26, 2026. Additionally, the AGM approved the appointment of PKF Sridhar & Santhanam LLP as Joint Statutory Auditors for a three-year term, replacing Lodha & Co LLP. The meeting also confirmed the continuation of Deloitte Haskins & Sells as existing statutory auditors.
