Jiya Eco-Products Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window for Audited Financial Results

Jiya Eco-Products Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window in accordance with the SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015. The closure is for the purpose of approval of Audited Financial Results for the year and quarter ended on 31st March, 2026. The trading window will remain closed from 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results. The date of the Board meeting for the approval of these results will be intimated in due course.
