JJ Finance Corporation Ltd Closes Trading Window for Insiders till December 2025 End

JJ Finance Corporation Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all insiders, including designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure will be effective from 1st January 2026 until the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025. The date of the Board Meeting to consider and approve the un-audited financial results will be intimated in due course.
