JK Cement Ltd. Approves Rs. 4805 Crores Green Field Expansion and Announces Changes in Key Managerial Personnel

JK Cement Ltd. has announced a Green Field Expansion of new Cement line of 7 Million Tonnes Per Annum (MnTPA) at Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, and two split grinding units each of capacity of 2 MnTPA in Rajasthan and in Punjab. The total proposed investment for the expansion is estimated at Rs. 4805 Crores. The company also announced changes in its key managerial personnel. Mr. Shambhu Singh, the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, is superannuating with effect from close of the business hours of 31’' October, 2025. Ms. Bhumika Sood has been appointed as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. Mr. Raghav Moreshwar Tare has been appointed as Group Financial Controller under Senior Management of the Company. Mr. Neeraj Singhal, who was designated as Senior Management, has been moved to the role of Head — Internal Audit & Risk Compliance.
