JK Lakshmi Cement Ltd Declared as 'H1 Bidder' by Assam Mineral Development Corporation Ltd for Limestone Mining and Cement Manufacturing
JK Lakshmi Cement Ltd has been declared as the 'H1 Bidder' by Assam Mineral Development Corporation Ltd (AMDCL) for drilling, excavation, transportation, and supply of limestone from 630ha (430Ha+ 200 ha) New Umrangso Limestone Mines of AMDCL along with setting up of integrated green field manufacturing plant of cement and value-added products. The Letter of Intent was received on 5th July 2025. The Company will furnish the Performance Bank Guarantee in favor of AMDCL and deposit the specified Upfront amount to the account of AMDCL to be adjusted in installment against the premium to be paid by the Company for the supply of limestone by AMDCL. The designation as ‘Successful Bidder’ and the grant of the contract as MDO will be subject to the satisfactory completion of all the requirements under the conditions made thereunder.
