JK Paper Appoints Amit Dalal as Non-Executive Independent Director

JK Paper Ltd announced the appointment of Shri Amit Dalal as a Non-Executive Independent Director, effective July 27, 2026. The appointment, approved by the Board of Directors based on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's recommendation, is for a term of five consecutive years, subject to shareholder approval. Shri Dalal, aged 63, brings nearly four decades of experience in capital markets and financial services, holding an MBA from the University of Massachusetts and a B.Com from Sydenham College. He is currently the Managing Director of Tata Investment Corporation Limited and serves as an Independent Director for Avadh Sugar & Energy Limited, among other associations with charitable institutions. He is not related to any existing director of JK Paper Ltd and has no disqualifications from statutory authorities.
