J.Kumar Infraprojects Secures Rs. 1073 Crores Contract from NBCC for Silicon City Phase-IV Development

J.Kumar Infraprojects Ltd. has received a Letter of Award from NBCC (India) Limited for the development of Silicon City Phase-IV Group housing including allied works at Plot No. GH 01A Sector- 76, Noida (UP) on Design, Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) basis with Operation & Maintenance for a total contract value of Rs. 1073,39,44,057. This includes an execution cost of Rs. 1057,99,05,643 and an O&M cost of Rs. 15,40,38,414. The contract period is 24 months, and the contract price will be adjusted prospectively for any increase or decrease in GST rate on Works Contract as notified by the Government of India.
