JMJ Fintech Appoints Priya Krishnakumar as Internal Auditor

JMJ Fintech Limited's Board of Directors, at its meeting on May 28, 2026, approved the appointment of Ms. Priya Krishnakumar as the Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27. Concurrently, the Board also considered and approved the standalone audited financial results and statements for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026.
