JNK India Ltd Receives Significant Order from JNK Global Co. Ltd for Regeneration Furnace in USA

JNK India Ltd has announced that it has received a significant order from JNK Global Co. Ltd, Korea for a Regeneration Furnace for a refinery project in Oklahoma, USA. This order marks the company's entry into the USA market. The agreement was entered into on July 15, 2024, and the project delivery is scheduled for June 18, 2025. JNK Global is one of the promoters of JNK India Ltd. The transaction is done at arm's length and there is no potential conflict of interest arising out of this transaction.
