John Cockerill India Appoints Deepak Chindarkar as New CFO

John Cockerill India Ltd announced a significant management change following a Board of Directors meeting on August 13, 2026. Mr. Deepak Prabhakar Chindarkar has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), effective August 24, 2026. This appointment follows the resignation of Mr. Marc Dumont. Mr. Chindarkar brings over 36 years of extensive experience in finance leadership, including his recent role as CFO for Saint-Gobain India Region and Grindwell Norton Ltd. The Board also approved the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended June 30, 2026.
