John Cockerill India Ltd Declares 70% Final Dividend for FY 2025

John Cockerill India Ltd has announced a final dividend of 70.00% (Rs. 7 per equity share of Rs. 10/-) for the financial year 2025, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The record date for determining eligibility of members entitled to receive dividend on equity shares is March 06, 2026. Dividend payment will be made after the AGM to shareholders whose names appear in the Company's Register of Members or the Register of Beneficial Owners maintained by depositories as of the close of business hours on March 06, 2026.
