Johnson Pharmacare Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window

Johnson Pharmacare Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all Designated Persons and specified Connected Persons. The closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 and the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. The trading window will remain closed from 1st April, 2026, till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2026. The date of consideration of the audited Financial Results will be intimated in due course.
