Jointeca Education Solutions Ltd Appoints Prachi Kedia as Whole-Time Company Secretary

Jointeca Education Solutions Ltd has appointed Mrs. Prachi Kedia as the Whole-Time Company Secretary. The appointment was approved in a Board Meeting held on Friday, 20 March 2026. Mrs. Kedia is required to comply with all the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and maintain all the statutory and non-statutory essential registers, books, files, records, papers etc. She is also responsible for preparing and filing with the Registrar of Companies and other concerned authorities the required forms, reports, returns, documents, papers etc. complete in all respects and within the prescribed periods.
