Jonjua Overseas Ltd Acquires Globally Recognized Trade Name for Rs. 3,453.21 Lakhs

Jonjua Overseas Ltd, a company listed and traded on BSE SME, has announced the acquisition of a globally recognized trade name from Harjinder Singh Jonjua. The trade name, which has been in existence since the early 1990s, was acquired from Jonjua Share Shoppee Private Limited in 1993 by Harjinder Singh Jonjua. This acquisition is expected to strengthen the company's brand portfolio and enable it to enter or deepen its reach into new markets globally. The consideration for the acquisition is Rs. 3,453.21 lakhs, payable on an unsecured loan basis. The acquisition is expected to be completed by July 25, 2025.
