Datacipher Appoints New Statutory and Secretarial Auditors

Datacipher Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. Bhargavi Priya and Associates as Statutory Auditors and T Durga Pallavi as Secretarial Auditor. Both appointments are for a term commencing from FY 2022-23 up to FY 2026-27, including the CIRP period. These appointments are subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
