JSW Cement Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 13, 2026. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. In accordance with listing regulations, the company has also closed its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from July 1, 2026, to August 15, 2026, inclusive, to prevent insider trading during this period.
