JSW Energy Ltd Subsidiary Completes Acquisition of O2 Power, Sells Stake in Beempow Energy

JSW Energy Ltd announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, JSW Neo Energy Limited (JSWNEL), has completed the acquisition of O2 Power Midco Holdings Pte. Limited (O2 Power) and O2 Energy SG Pte. Limited (O2 Energy) and their subsidiaries (O2 Entities). Prior to this acquisition, O2 Power SG Pte. Ltd. and Clean Solar Power (Bhainsada) Private Limited had agreed to sell 100% shareholding in Beempow Energy Private Limited (BEEMPOW) to EPIC Green Urja Private Limited and Schemes of Infrastructure Yield Trust. The balance 51% in BEEMPOW was transferred to BEEMPOW Buyers on 6th June, 2025, and BEEMPOW has ceased to be a step-down subsidiary of JSWNEL and the Company with effect from the same date.
