JSW Steel Limited Enters into Joint Venture with JFE Steel Corporation

JSW Steel Limited has entered into a joint venture agreement with JFE Steel Corporation, Japan to establish a joint venture company in India for the manufacture and sale of cold rolled grain oriented electrical steel products. The company has allotted equity shares of JSW Electrical Steel Private Limited to JFE and has ceased to be a subsidiary of JSW Steel Limited.,
