JSW Steel Ltd. Announces Acquisition of Saffron Resources, Additional Stake in JSW Severfield Structures, and Incorporation of Joint Venture with APMDC

JSW Steel Ltd. has announced several key moves during a recent board meeting. The company has approved the acquisition of up to 100% equity interest in Saffron Resources Private Limited, which owns 887 acres of land in Odisha. Additionally, JSW Steel has agreed to enter into a Share Purchase Option Agreement to acquire an additional stake of up to 24.9% in JSW Severfield Structures Limited from existing joint venture partners. The company also announced the incorporation of a Joint Venture Company with Andhra Pradesh Mineral Development Corporation Limited (APMDC) for setting up an Integrated Iron Ore Project in Andhra Pradesh.
