JSW Steel Receives Prestigious ResponsibleSteel™ Certification Simultaneously for Four Manufacturing Sites

JSW Steel, India's largest steel producer, has received the ResponsibleSteel™ Certification for four of its manufacturing sites. The certified sites include the manufacturing plants at Vijaynagar, Dolvi, Tarapur, and Salem. This achievement means that over 80% of JSW Steel's primary steel production is now from ResponsibleSteel™ certified sites. ResponsibleSteel™ is the steel industry’s first global multi-stakeholder standard and certification initiative that addresses key challenges including responsible sourcing, climate change, diversity, human rights, and environment stewardship.
