Jtekt India Announces 42nd AGM and FY26 Annual Report

Jtekt India Ltd has announced its 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on August 26, 2026, via Video Conferencing. The company will also distribute its Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26 to its members. Shareholders registered as of August 19, 2026, will be eligible to vote on resolutions, with remote e-voting available from August 23 to August 25, 2026. Additionally, August 7, 2026, has been fixed as the Record Date for determining entitlement to the final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to declaration at the AGM.
