Jtekt India Sets August 7 Record Date for Final Dividend

Jtekt India Ltd has announced that Friday, August 7, 2026, has been fixed as the Record Date for determining the entitlement of members to the final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, via Video Conferencing. Shareholders registered as of the Record Date will be eligible for the dividend, if declared by shareholders at the AGM. The dividend, subject to tax deduction, will be paid within 30 days of the AGM. The company also provided details for remote e-voting, which will commence on August 23, 2026, and conclude on August 25, 2026. The Annual Report for FY 2025-26 and the AGM Notice have been dispatched to members.
