JTL Industries Acquires 47.97% Stake in Powersol Metalcraft Limited for Rs. 8.10 Crores

JTL Industries Ltd. has announced the acquisition of 47.97% equity share capital of Powersol Metalcraft Limited (PML). The acquisition aligns with JTL's strategic objective of expansion and long-term value creation. PML, which has a paid-up share capital of Rs. 3,12,69,350 and reported a turnover of Rs. 150.86 Crores in FY 24-25, will become an Associate Company of JTL Industries Limited. The transaction is expected to foster a synergistic and mutually advantageous association. The cost of acquisition is Rs. 8.10 Crores. PML is engaged in the manufacturing of Hot Rolled Steel Sections.
