JTL Industries Sets Dividend Record Date for Sep 11

JTL Industries Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 31, 2026, has fixed Friday, September 11, 2026, as the record date for determining eligibility for dividend distribution. The dividend is subject to declaration by shareholders at the 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 25, 2026. The board also noted the re-appointment of Mr. Rakesh Garg and Mr. Sanjeev Gupta as Whole-time Directors and approved the AGM notice, agenda, and draft Director's Report for FY 2025-26. M/s S.V. Associates has been appointed as the scrutinizer for the AGM.
