Jubilant Agri and Consumer Products Ltd. to Expand Performance Polymers Manufacturing Capacity by 30,000 MTPA

Jubilant Agri and Consumer Products Ltd. has announced a capacity expansion of its Performance Polymers manufacturing. The company's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on November 04, 2025, approved the expansion by setting up a manufacturing facility at its Samlya (Savli), Vadodara site. The existing capacity is 80,000 MTPA with a utilization of approximately 79%. The proposed capacity addition is 30,000 MTPA, which is expected to be added within 12 months. The investment required for this expansion is INR 50 Crore, which will be financed through internal accruals. The rationale behind this expansion is to cater to the increased demand.
