Jubilant Ingrevia Approves 250% Final Dividend

The Board of Directors of Jubilant Ingrevia Ltd has recommended a final dividend of 250%, which is ₹2.50 per equity share of Re. 1 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The dividend, if approved by shareholders, will be paid within 30 days from the AGM date. The board has fixed July 24, 2026, as the record date for the dividend payment. Additionally, M/s J.K. Kabra & Co. has been re-appointed as Cost Auditors for FY 2026-27.
