Jumbo Bag Commissions 2 MW Solar Power Plant in Tamil Nadu

Jumbo Bag Limited has successfully commissioned its 2 MW Solar PV Power Plant in Vellore District, Tamil Nadu, receiving official approval from the Tamil Nadu Power Distribution Corporation Limited (TNPDCL). The plant, located in Arimalai Village, is connected to the Odugathur 110/33 KV Sub Station via the Radha Rajalakshmi solar feeder. Power will be utilized for captive consumption under the Non-REC Scheme through the Intra-State Open Access system. This initiative aligns with the company's commitment to optimizing operational costs and increasing its clean energy footprint. The project is a split-up from M/s. Festa Solar Private Limited's 15 MW project.
