Jumbo Finance Re-appoints MD & Independent Director

Jumbo Finance Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mrs. Smriti Ranka as Managing Director for a further five-year term and Mr. Prem Chand Parakh as an Independent Director for a second five-year term. These re-appointments are subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The company's Board of Directors also approved the unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the limited review report. Additionally, the Board confirmed the re-appointment of Mr. Jagdish Prasad Khandelwal as a Director retiring by rotation. The 42nd AGM is scheduled for September 30, 2026, with the register of members closing from September 23-30, 2026.
