Jungle Camps India Ltd. Recovers Rs. 1.34 Crores in Disputed Land Case

Jungle Camps India Ltd. has successfully recovered Rs. 1.34 Crores from sellers in a disputed land case, as per the order of the Hon’ble High Court of Madhya Pradesh. The company had initially paid Rs. 1.79 Crores for a land parcel in October 2025, but discovered a pre-existing legal dispute concealed by the sellers. The company filed a complaint with the Police Station Bamitha, District Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh, and has now received back Rs. 1.34 Crores. The remaining balance of approximately Rs. 45 Lakhs is expected to be recovered from other co-accused/intermediaries involved in the dispute. The company is also proceeding with the formal cancellation of the disputed sale deed as per judicial directives.
