Both entities were incorporated on October 20, 2026, in India. Juniper Green Energy Limited subscribed to 1,50,000 equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each at par in each subsidiary, totaling an investment of Rs. 30,00,000 (₹15,00,000 per subsidiary).
